Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join a financial services company in the Gerrards Cross area. It is a great role for someone looking to return to work after having children providing, they’re from a PA or Office Administration background. The position is part time with someone working ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday however our client can be flexible on the days with working hours of 9am to 5:30pm.

The tasks of the office administrator will encompass all insurance renewals, banking, inland revenue monthly payment coupled with Confidential PA work for the Managing Director and administration support to the financial advisers within the business. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and trustworthy individual.

The office administrator / PA will ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. The office has around eight to ten staff with our client looking for someone who can fit seamlessly into their office environment. A large amount of the staff having been working there for the last five to ten years.

Required skills / experience:

o    Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

o    Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

o    Excellent organisation skills

o    Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

o    Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

o    Credit Control (payment of suppliers’ invoices)

o    Fee Invoicing and collection of outstanding monies incl. Small Claims Court

o    Handling HMRC payments (monthly and annually)

Who this role will suit?

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced office administrator or PA who’s worked at senior level. It would suit someone looking to get back into work after having children and is looking for part time hours.

Salary / benefits:

Full time equivalent of £23,000 – £25,000 depending on experience which would be pro-rated to the hours worked.
