IT / Accounting Support - Birmingham -to £25k
An IT / Accounting Support Technician is required by our client, a solutions provider based in Birmingham. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £25,000.
The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience of Accounting Principals and Procedures, preferably with Pegasus Opera II accounts software. A good understanding and practical experience of CRM systems is required, preferably using Prospectsoft CRM software, and experience of general computer networking skills.
The role involves supporting existing customers via telephone, remotely and on-site. The successful candidate will also be involved in the total solution delivery process, including planning, delivery, implementation and training of products.
The role is within commutable distance of Birmingham, Solihull and Coventry.
Salary up to £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits
